Driving up the Peninsula and back for one single-room job does not pay for itself. The standard industry answer to that is a travel surcharge quietly added to the invoice, and we would rather not run that way.
So instead we group Sidney and North Saanich bookings and run them together. It means your slot depends slightly on when other Peninsula jobs land in the same week — in practice we tell you the day when you enquire, and same-week is normal rather than exceptional. What you never see is a mileage line.
Condos and strata buildings need a heads-up
A large share of Sidney carpet lives in condos and townhomes. That means elevator bookings, a loading-zone permit, and quiet-hours rules that differ from building to building. Tell us the building’s rules when you book and we will work inside them, rather than discovering them at the front door with a machine on a trolley.

Downsized condos and single-level homes often have hard floors with large area rugs rather than wall-to-wall carpet. We clean rugs in place, on the floor they live on, which suits most machine-made and modern rugs. Send a photo of the rug and the label if it has one and we will confirm before booking.
