Yes. We use a gentle hot-water extraction method tuned to the fibre, so wool, silk-blend and other delicate rugs are cleaned without shrinking, fading or roughing up the pile. The cleaning solutions are non-toxic and kid and pet safe. If a rug needs extra care we adjust the heat, dwell time and solution to match.

Do you clean rugs on-site or pick them up?

For most area rugs we clean on-site at your home, bringing all the equipment and water with us so there is nothing to drop off and no waiting days for a return. For very large, antique or heavily soiled rugs that need a full submersion wash we will let you know in advance if pickup is the better option. Either way you get the exact price before we start.

Can you remove pet odours from a rug?

Yes. Pet odour removal is one of our specialties.
